AP Business with Personal Finance is designed as an introductory college-level AP course, so it should be more demanding than a typical elective but manageable with steady work. Expect business cases, projects, financial calculations, decision-making and a digital AP exam. Students who keep up with terminology, practice calculations and explain the reasoning behind financial choices should be better positioned than students who cram. Since the course launches in 2026–27, there is not yet a long history of score distributions to use as a difficulty benchmark.
